Olympic certified sports injury surgeon
Every surgeon has a reason they chose this over everything else medicine could have been. It started with my grandmother's accident when I was a child. Had it not been for this one Orthopedic Surgeon, her leg would have been amputated, and my grandmother remained thankful to him till her last breath. And this inspired me to become one.
That's the short version of how an MBBS, a cleared UPSC exam, and an MS in Orthopedics turned into a Fellowship in Joint Replacement, a role as Assistant Professor at the Sports Injury Centre, a team doctor for the 36th National Games, and eventually an Olympic certification in sports medicine from the International Olympic Committee, all in service of the same thing: getting people back to moving without pain.
